Selskapet ble etablert i mars 2022 og eier Reitan Eiendoms andeler av eiendommene Schweigaardsgate 33, Grønlandskvartalene, Karvesvingen 7 (Quality Hotel Hasle Linie), Fridtjof Nansens gt 17-19 og Essendropsgate 3.
